Mr. Fuzzbutt

In all honesty, I'm not much of one for gifting my crafted items, but I made an exception for Christmas and sent this cute little crocheted bunny to live with my almost-two-year-old niece.

I named him Mr. Fuzzbutt and almost hated to part with him, but I suspect I'll be making another soon to live happily in my toy/craft room. ^.^

In Need of Homes

These are just some of the dogs at the Oklahoma City Animal Welfare Division - OKC's largest kill shelter. Adopting one of these dogs is literally saving a life, as many are put to sleep each week.

There are FIVE ROOMS of dogs to look through at the shelter. One room is all puppies! The adoption fee is $50 and includes spay/neuter, shots and health check and free obedience lessons. The shelter is at 2811 S.E. 29th St., phone # 405-297-3100. Use pet's ID # when inquiring. Special Adoption Fees: In the following cases, the adoption fee is $25-if more than one pet is adopted, if the pet is 4 years of age or older, if the pet has been in the adoption center more than 2 weeks.
